Free meditation classes in Los Angeles
Welcome. Here you will find a brief introduction to the subject of meditation, non-profit meditation activities, and the inspiration behind them. We are currently offering meditation workshops on a regular basis.
Our workshops usually consist of three classes. You will learn how to:

Bring tranquility and harmony into your life
How to meditate properly/safely
Calm the nerves
Understand about the differences between the inner and outer life
How to deal with difficult situations or people
If you plan on attending we ask that you make a commitment to attend all three classes in order to get the most benefit from your meditation as each class builds upon the previous information and techniques given. Typically, the class is held once every week so please allocate enough time in your schedule to accommodate all three classes. This approach allows each person enough time to practice at home so that the basics of meditation are grasped.
