Welcome to LA Meditation. We are offering free classes that use simple techniques to reduce your everyday stress. These techniques can be practiced at home so that meditation can be your go to for daily stress reduction.
Our workshops usually consist of three classes. You will learn how to:

- Maintain focus
- Bring tranquility and harmony into your life
- How to meditate properly
- Reduce stress
- Calm the nerves
- Understand about the differences between the inner and outer life
- How to deal with difficult situations or people
If you plan on registering, we suggest that you attend all three classes in order to get the most benefit from your meditation as each class builds upon the previous information and techniques given. Typically, the class is held once every week so please allocate enough time in your schedule to accommodate all three classes. This approach allows each person enough time to practice at home so that the basics of meditation are grasped.
